All sales are final. Because of the specialized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind or unwanted items.

Defective items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll make it right. Contact us at info@thenetgunstore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
